I Feel Loved!

When we experience emotions that contribute to feeling loved, it is because someone is doing something to activate those emotions. When we feel joy, kindness, optimism, respected, aroused, accepted or playful, someone is doing something with purpose, forethought and intention to activate these emotion inside of us.

These are the practiced, intended actions that protect us from feelings of sadness, rejection or other painful emotions which snuff out our feeling loved.
